Naturopathic Medicine is a primary healthcare profession that integrates current scientific research with traditional forms of healing in order to bring balance to the body and mind.

MEDICINE

With the largest scope of practice of any healthcare profession, there is something for everyone.

TESTING

Take the guess work out and test. Find out more about the types of testing I can provide.

DIET

We are what we eat. Diet is the first foundation of health; therefore I will always ask how you are nourishing your body and suggest ways to alter and improve your diet, and overall health.

SLEEP

Everyone knows the feeling of sleep deprivation, it doesn’t feel good! Healthy sleep levels and patterns relate not only to restfulness, but also productivity, positive mood, healthy libido, and better food choices, to name but a few.  It is the second foundation of health.

EXERCISE

The third foundation of health.  It makes you look good, feel good and live longer, need I say more?

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Last but not least, stress management is the final foundation of health. Stress is unavoidable, as it is a normal part of life. The good thing is that the solutions are simple and inexpensive.  Because chronic stress has such devastating impacts on our well being, I will always ask you how you are managing your stress and offer my recommendations.

That way, you can make the best decision for yourself and be aware of the options available to you.

Even though Naturopathic principles are as old as history, they are as new as tomorrow because nature and truth never change. Any system that cured people years ago, will cure people today, and we now can scientifically validate and explain the clinical success of these approaches.
