Everyone knows the feeling of sleep deprivation, it doesn’t feel good! Healthy sleep levels and patterns relate not only to restfulness, but also productivity, positive mood, healthy libido, and better food choices, to name but a few. It is the second foundation of health.

The third foundation of health. It makes you look good, feel good and live longer, need I say more?

Last but not least, stress management is the final foundation of health. Stress is unavoidable, as it is a normal part of life. The good thing is that the solutions are simple and inexpensive. Because chronic stress has such devastating impacts on our well being, I will always ask you how you are managing your stress and offer my recommendations.
